Our cancelation policy is very simple: if you cancel a lesson 24 hours or more in advance, you'll receive a refunded credit. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, we cannot provide you a refunded credit because we need to pay your teacher for the time that is scheduled on their calendar.

We all make mistakes! If you mistakenly schedule a lesson, we give you a 10 minute grace period to cancel it even if the lesson is coming up in less than 24 hours. Just make sure to cancel within this 10 minute grace period, if your lesson is coming up less than 24 hours from now, otherwise you won't be able to cancel it for a refunded credit.
