There are a few important steps you should take to prepare:

  1. Use an approved browser, and make sure it's up to date

  2. Do an audio/video test on the Classroom - AV Test pageNote that you don't need a camera. Your teacher of course has a high definition camera, so you'll be able to see him or her. If you enjoy the trial, you may want to consider purchasing a camera (around $30) as it does help student-teacher interaction

  3. Audio is very important, so if you can't hear yourself well in the audio/video test, see this article for how to get great audio

  4. If you're using a mobile device, make sure to read this page

If you can hear and see yourself well in the audio/video test, you should be all set! If not, please contact us and we'll help figure out the problem.
